Goliath Capital 313 LLC (“Goliath Capital 313,” “we,” “us”) provides sale-leaseback advisory services. This policy explains what information we collect through goliathcapital313.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you give us:

- Property type and estimated transaction size
- Any details you choose to include about what you want to accomplish
When you email or call us, we collect the contents of that communication and the contact details you use.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on the Site.

We treat property and business information you share with us as confidential and limit access to people who need it to help you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other highly sensitive data in the inquiry form.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal and business record-keeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices and rights
